Who holds the learning record

Courses allocated by an employer are completed through the learner’s individual Learner Portfolio. Employers may monitor allocated learning and access authorised completion records through the Employer Platform. The learner retains access to their individual learning record in accordance with the ForgeSkills account and record-retention policy.
