Every ForgeSkills learner receives access to a Learner Portfolio designed to help you manage your professional development journey. Your portfolio provides a central place to access:
- Courses currently in progress
- Completed courses
- Certificates of Completion
- Your Professional Development Register
- Notional learning hours recorded against each course

Keeping your account active
Your Learner Portfolio remains available while your account is active. Accounts that stay inactive for 12 consecutive months may be closed. An account is inactive when no new course has been commenced and there are no courses in progress awaiting completion — if you have a course under way, your account is not considered inactive.
We email reminders 60, 30 and 7 days before a scheduled closure so you have time to finish outstanding courses, or to download your Certificates of Completion and Professional Development Register. A closed portfolio can be reactivated within three months of the closure date by contacting ForgeSkills.
